From the Factory to an Upfitter or Location of Choice

Our many Ford Pro™ Drop Ship locations offer convenience and flexibility when securing a base vehicle for upfitting.

You can have vehicles of any size delivered to your preferred location, enabling you to choose the best upfitting solution for your business. If you have a specific upfitter in mind, you can have a vehicle delivered directly to them for customization.

How It Works

1. Determine Where You Want Your Vehicle Upfit

Work with your preferred upfitter and dealer to determine vehicle requirements, modification specifications and pricing. Take note of your upfitter's drop ship code, which you'll need to provide to the dealer later.

2. Dealer Orders the Base Vehicle

Your local Ford Pro dealer can help you purchase the base vehicle. Make sure to confirm delivery details with your upfitter and to provide their drop ship code when you place your order with the dealer. That's how we'll know where to send the base vehicle once it's built.

3. Upfitter Modifies It

At the upfitter's facility, the vehicle is customized to meet your specific requirements.

4. Your Vehicle is Delivered

Work with your upfitter to arrange for the delivery of your new vehicle.
